First Job Interview

Alhamdulillah...

Hari nie teman baru je lepas my first job interview...

Serius x expect after 2days hbs exm, kna g interview.

Smlm email resume, other documents bagai, giler cpt ptg dh kol panggil interview esoknye.

Cuak pun ada bila dpt kol smlm that lady asked me to come for interview.

Tomorrow lak tu (today), gelabah nk prepare all certificates nk certified bagai.

Nasib sempat... Thanx to Mdm. Nurazzura and Sir. Khairulanuar.

Bertambah-tambah kelam semalam bila fkr nak pakai baju ape...haha

Nk interview kn, kna la present our best attitude, appearance, personality sume.

Mlm smlm study la ckt bout the company kot la dia tnye nnt kn...

Mlm smlm tu hati dub dab dub dab serba x kena buat ape pun.

Tapi nsb tdo lena jer.

Pagi nie bgn, get my self well-prepared, redah je.

Sampai kt company tu at Desa Sri Hartamas, syukur sgt hlg sume nerves.

In fact, sgt excited!! Haha...

Dh isi form, masuk...Ngadap interviewer tu. Byk giler soalan tanyer.

But alhamdulillah I manage to answer all the questions...

Comment the interviwer, everytg ok, academic dia kata impressive (bangga ckt ms tu..buwerk!!)

 cumanye teman ni xde experience yg ada cuma part-time and internship (dh sedey kt cni...). 

Psycho aku je dorg ni...

They said working in that company will be much much much triple pressure.

Bkn biasa2 punye pressure but abnormal pressure.

Kna bear dgn all the maki hamun sumpah seranah, no spoon feed culture, you have to be independant!!

Seriously!! Hurm...

They need someone with more experience to bear all the job demand lah.

Katanya...

But I'd try to convince them...

Well, just wait another one week until they reveal the result.

They need to review my qualification, skills, talent bla bla bla lah.

Katanya jgk...But it may be a way to reject candidate actually.. normally la, if x tu, xtau la kn.

Teman pun x berharap sgt. Ada rezeki alhamdulillah. Plus this is my first trial for interview.

Not necessarily akn dpt kn. Org lain jenuh bape kali interview bru dpt job.

Competition skg ni byk sgt, I'm juz happy because at least I've learnt from my first experience

to improve for the next interview may be.

Nak tau ape soalan mereka?? 

Saje je nak bgtau, kot2 bole korg dpt ckt gmbrn ape yang interviewer usually ask during the interview.

Kot2 korg pun tgh nk prepare for job interview...

Mostly lbh krg same jer...

Among the questions are:

1) To begin, please introduce yourself....

2) What do u study in sociology?...

3) How do you differentiate between sociology and HR?...

4) How is sociology relevant to HR?...

5) What can you offer to our company?...

6) What is your skills which relevant to our company?...

7) Can you work outside?

8) Can u drive? Do u have ur own transport?

9)Base on the expected salary that u demand, how much is the lowest that u can go?

10) Why do you think you deserve for that amount of salary?

11) If the company hire you, how u can convince us that you're the best candidate to be selected?

12) In your opinion, what do you think about your English?

13) Do you know anything about this company? If yes, what do you know?

14) If your boss or team leader are not around, are you able to work independantly without anyone assisting you, without anyone to guide you? How will you settle all the abundant jobs?...

Ok that's all la among the questions yg aku igt... Rasanye tu je la kot.

Ada la less than 30 minutes interview session nie...

Dah hbs aku pun balik menyambung tugasan di UIA seperti biasa...
